Shawn Yama

Undergraduate Student

I’m fourth-year Computer Science student at Ontario Tech University. I am working on the Card-IT project as an undergraduate research fellow. Card-IT is a web application that teaches Italian through flashcard games. I am developing a visually appealing React.js frontend along with its backend built with Flask and mySQL. My interests in Computer Science are in human-computer interaction, web development and games.
